College students, apply for TCBJ Convention Scholarship

The NABJ convention can be a career-altering experience especially for an aspiring journalist. Thousands of journalists, media executives, media-related professionals, and students attend the conference each year to network, participate in professional development sessions and celebrate excellence in journalism.

TCBJ will award a $1,000 scholarship to help a local student attend this year’s convention in Miami. Applications are due at the end of the day on May 24. Click here to apply.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a college student or recent graduate who currently resides in Minnesota or is from Minnesota but attending college out of state
Must have an interest in journalism as a career
Must be able to attend at least 3 of the 5 days of the convention
